Hmm, I would say it's not the best but the cost was there when you clicked to buy so I don't think there is much you can do.

I know that a lot of King promotions only go out to a certain number of players. Maybe with the update it meant that you don't have it anymore.

I've seen a few people saying the same thing about this. I'm not sure what it could be. Do you have latest version of the app? Maybe it's an issue there.
