Did you get a screenshot of the error message, or remember what it said. I don't think there's much the community can do without knowing what error it was. Was it mobile or Facebook?

Did you ever connect to the Kingdom? It would ask you for a nickname, an email and password etc. If you did then you can click on the little orange logo in the game to reconnect. If you didn't connect then I don't think there's another way of getting your progress back sorry.

Do you mean that the game doesn't come up with 'next'? What happens at the end of the level, what does the map show? 

Deloris, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is no level 461. Did you not see the end of the game? Regarding your friends game, tell them to try playing the level in a different new browser, maybe this will work. 

Close all your other apps, restart your mobile and then try it. You should also make sure your phone memory isn't full up. Clear some space if needed :)
