It sounds like Facebook sync issues to me. Just follow the steps in the King video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIYE7aW5jcE If you have an iPhone, then the video is in the menu on the right!

Can you not ask your friends to help you with tickets? Do you have the latest update, I mean, maybe you need to download it to play the next set of levels because your app now doesn't have the latest ones for you to move on.

This error is relevant to your phone/OS and not the game. Try looking in the Android support forums or the Prestigio site. I hope you're able to resolve it!

Why can't you go there? What happens when you scroll to the next island. Do you not get the pop up for the roadblock?

The app is working fine for me. What tablet do you have? Have you tried shutting down/restarting? I would also check how much memory you have free as this can affect how a game loads.

It could be that you need to update: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz14wv4PXVg Or maybe your iPad's memory is full, check that also. Even a simple force close of the app and restart your iPad might work.
