Think how enjoyable it will be when you finally pass it! It's not impossible but the game has to be challenging or it would be a little boring no?

Your messages don't save on Facebook. If you close or refresh, they will disappear. Plus messages that are on Facebook won't transfer to your iPad. Only lives that you accept on your iPad will appear there.

I haven't anyone else with this issue so I wouldn't say its a bug. If the game is reshuffling its because there's no moves to make. It can happen. What are you playing on? Have you checked your device, your phone/laptop whatever you are using.

Did you reach the 1 star score level, or maybe one of the bombs went off. What exactly does the end of level screen say?

Could be your mobile, I mean its worth checking this out... Close all your other apps, check you have some free memory as these 2 things are major factors in app's crashing.

This is how its meant to be. The levels on mobile are sometimes different. Plus King will change the game levels if they feel the difficulty level needs to be changed.

How did you save your levels before? Was it with the Kingdom? If it was then try going into the settings of the app and logging out of facebook and then log back into your Kingdom account.

Are you playing in both worlds? Because some players have 5 lives in each world but some have only 5 for both worlds. I only ask because maybe you're playing in both worlds and this is why they different.
