It sounds like you're not having a good week Pappy! From what you've said about the game being wiped, maybe you've just lost your connection to facebook/kingdom. Try and check in the app and reconnect. Try this and get back to level 63 then let me know what the game says and why it won't let you play 64.

The general troubleshooting tips for this are firstly to check that Adobe Flash player is up to date. Then to check that your CPU isn't running at say, 95%. Then try another browser. This will help narrow down the cause of the issue.

This is just part of the game design. For each episode you need to ask friends for tickets to get through to the next. The level has been changed and now you need to use a striped candy to break the popcorn block. I've seen a few posts about this now and this seems to be the answer.

Just to confirm, when you logged into your Facebook account on your PC, the level was back at 0? I know that mobile progress can sometimes be lost, but I've never lost levels on Facebook. I'm guessing that you synchronized when you first downloaded the app? Try disconnecting and reconnecting again.

Hey Joy, normally when the game freezes up its due to the Flash player you are using, it takes up a lot of memory. I recommend upgrading your flash player, closing all your programs and maybe even trying a new browser to see if this will help you with the crashing issue.

Don't quit. This is just the way the level is now. King always change their levels. I guess they get feedback and maybe if its too easy or difficult they mix it up a little. Just head over to youtube and search by most recent videos and try and pick up some tips.

4 days! How fast do you think they can make and release those candy crush levels, haha. Give them a chance! I think the most you will have to wait is 2/3 weeks so it's not so bad!
