How many apps do you have open? Try force closing them all. Then also check that your mobile isn't full memory wise. These 2 things are major factors when it comes to games crashing.

This sounds to me like you have just lost your connection to whatever you were synchronized with (facebook or kingdom). Just open up the app and on the home page check and re-connect to whichever one you use and your game should return.

You can connect if you have a Facebook account or you can create a Kingdom account in the app. Check out the video below and it will show you how to make sure it synchronizes correctly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrmBWnonwtE If you have an Android mobile then the video for this is in the right hand menu.

You can't give up that easy after playing 1300+ levels. I'm sure you've been stuck in the past and then you've passed the level. Its different on mobile which is normal but doesn't mean it can't be passed.

This is something for facebook, the chat isn't part of the King games, its built into Facebook :)

I know when you sign up to the kingdom you choose your avatar etc, so maybe you've just added another profile to your game. In the app, try and log out from this account and put in your original email/username etc then your old profile should return.

You're sure the rewards were for candy and not for Farm? I also know that you can only have 5 lives so if you had a full set when you won then they won't show up.

I've seen a few people pass it. The aim is obviously to avoid letting the fruit fall in that gap. You need to get it to the sides to clear it from the board.
