Haha, they are busying working on Candy Call of Duty! If everything is loading but the actual game then check your Flash player is working and up to date as this is what the game runs on. Could be that it needs updating. 

Did you try anything to resolve the issue? Sometimes a simple restart of your tablet can help a lot. Maybe even check that the app doesn't need updating. It's worth checking out some troubleshooting for your tablet to see if you can find anything to help. 

There's no settings option on the King.com version, only in the mobile app. People can still send you lives I think, then the mailbox will appear when you actually have something sent to you. 

Have you tried passing the roadblock on Facebook, if that's an option for you. Once done you can then sync again on your mobile. Give it a go. 

I've never used a Kindle before but I'm guessing its affected by the same issues as an Android tablet for example. Check your app store for game updates, see if you can update your tablet. You can also check how much memory you have available as this can cause an app to crash. Free up some space if you have too.
