In this level you need to use the water drops to get to the top of the board on the right, then when you get 3 in a row the match will open up the fire-files. I think the level might have been changed recently. Can you post a screenshot of how it looks now? I've seen a few people saying the same thing about this level.

Does it show that you have a star level on 525, 1 star, 2 stars etc? Have you checked this out on Facebook (if you play there) as maybe you can pass it on here instead.

Have you checked out your Flash player, see if its up to date. This is normally the cause of most loading issues. You can also try a different browser to try and narrow down the cause of the issue.

I'm guessing you mean you lost your levels? What were you connected with, Facebook or Kingdom? What mobile do you have? Let me know and I will try and give you some things to try to get connected again :)

I read a similar issue to this a while back, it turns out it was a problem with the mouse, so it might be worth checking this out. Maybe one of the buttons is stuck or a setting has changed.
