How did you save your progress on your old phone? If you used facebook then you'll need the facebook app on your new phone and make sure you're logged into the correct account. For the kingdom, go into the candy soda settings and click on the orange kingdom logo and input your details.

Free gifts, do you mean lives or tickets? I know that whatever device you accept them on, I think they only appear on that device if that makes sense. Maybe this is the issue?

Could be a problem with the flash player crashing! That's what it sounds like to me. I would try the game in another web browser, check the adobe flash site to make sure you have the up to date version of flash as well.
