I can recommend a couple of things to try. First, update the app and your phone. Then check that your phone isn't full, maybe download a file manager to see if you can free up some space. Lastly, just restart it, sounds simple, but can work sometimes. 

I think there are some levels where you can't use the striped hammer. How did the icon look in the levels? Can you post up a screenshot on here?

Can you post a screenshot here, I don't quite get what you mean when you say the boosters are locked? Maybe its just that you don't have any, rather than they are locked?

I don't understand your question sorry Nick. I can see that you asked something similar before. Can you try and explain whats up? Are you just unable to pass a level or do you need an update in the game?

Do you mean that you can't make real money purchases or actual in-game booster purchases? Do you get some kind of error message, what happens when you try?

How did you save your levels originally? Did you ever connect to the kingdom? I'm not sure what happened obviously but if you did connect, you will need to reconnect to the kingdom to get to your levels back and then try again I guess. 

Hey Bevin, if you buy something on an iPhone its bought via iTunes so it can only be used on an iOS device, the same for Android as well, so they don't transfer over sorry. If you're losing other items then just go to the app settings and in the menu click on 'restore purchases' that should work!
