That's the thing with the in-game promotions, they are not added to everyone's game. Its possible that you get one in one game and miss out on a few in other games. I've seen a lot of comments about this and it seems to be how it works.

Its because for these 2 things you need to be connected your game account/wi-fi to get the prizes, so make sure you're connected or you won't reap the rewards.

Your level progress should be safe in Facebook, I don't think its actually possible to delete it from there. You should just be able to download the facebook and log in, then download candy crush and connect. This should return your progress.

For asking friends I guess the mobile app is just different to the facebook version, same way in which the levels are different sometimes as well. Why don't you log into the Kingdom in your mobile app. Then you can get players from there to help you advance on your mobile.

Did you try and refresh? I guess it depends what you're playing on. Let me know and I'll give you some troubleshooting steps.

From what I've read on the site Maleah the only thing you can do is to go back and play the level again to get the companion. I haven't seen any other fixes sorry.

Hey Brinkley, that could be anything! If none of your games are connecting then I would test your wifi, reset your router etc. Have you tried to connect using 3g to see if this works?

If the app isn't updating then sometimes its best to delete and reinstall it from fresh. Or, its possible that you don't have enough memory available on your Droid to install any updates. Check out these 2 things.
