Hey Mel, what are you playing on, is it a Kindle? I know that this level was changed recently (maybe you only need to update your game if you have an iPhone for example) but if you're on a Kindle, I don't think its been changed yet, so maybe wait for the update and the level will be a lot easier to pass.

Its because the boosters are stored in the phone, so offline so to speak. Everything else is stored online, like progress etc. So if the game updates and they have changed something, then its possible that it will reset any app information that's stored in your phone.

If you purchased them then you only need to click on the 'restore purchases' button in the settings for the app. For the free boosters, It's not good news I'm afraid. Check out the mod answer here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-did-my-boosters-disappear

I had a little search on the site and I couldn't see any other threads about this level. Have you updated the game recently, maybe even try deleting and installing the app if you don't mind losing your boosters.

Hey Betty, this was something that Facebook introduced and then took away. It was in all Facebook games not just Pet Rescue. If you know the names of the people you were chatting with then add them up on Facebook.

Hey Janet, I'm afraid that the troubleshooting steps don't work for this one. The only thing you can do is to play the level again to get the companion. I've seen a lot of comments on the site but no solution other than this sorry.

Hmm, the only thing I can think for you to do is to play on king.com. If you create an account you can sync your levels and then pass the levels on there, then it might let you pass

If the levels can be passed without using boosters and you get a free booster a day from the wheel then I don't see why people are saving 40 colorbombs etc. If you haven't used them by now then the chances are you're never gonna hit a level when you'll need 40 boosters. If you have paid for something then I can understand…

The first thing I have to say is why oh why didn't you ever save your progress. You can do it with kingdom or facebook! If you didn't ever connect to either one of these then I'm sorry but your progress is lost :(
