I think you need to be connected to wi-fi in order to play and collect the prizes, the same as with the booster wheel. I hope this helps :)

You need to destroy the chocolate by creating combinations next to it, just like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkBBScH1l5k

Loading issues are normally down to the tablet. If I was you I would check for updates, check you have enough RAM and memory on your phone, make space if needed. These are normally the steps I take if my games start playing up. 

The offers are a one time thing, so once you have completed the promo once, that's it, you get the rewards and then the offer is not available anymore. This is why you don't get the rewards. 

Do you mean the live chat on here? It's only available sometimes so maybe that's why you can't see it :) If you mean the chat on Facebook then there's a little cog in the bottom right hand corner to turn it on and off.
