  • Okay, I think the only thing she can do is to install the app fresh and then don't connect to anything so the game is on level 1 when you first play it. Then play a level and in the settings connect to the 'kingdom' with a new email address and not facebook. Its worth a try.

  • If the last time you updated was a month ago then I recommend checking for updates again as I'm sure there have been a few more recently. If the game is kicking you out then it might be a memory issue as well. Check that you're running with enough free space & RAM on your phone.

  • I haven't seen anything else on the site about this bug. I just checked my game for you and level 502 is working just fine. Possibly a browser issue? Clear your cache and maybe even try another browser, see if the level plays okay.

  • I think the best thing is for your mother in law to download the app on her own phone and set up a kingdom account from there, then it will only recognise her progress, profile etc. Fingers crossed this will work.

  • I think you will need to speak to Windows about this one, I mean it came pre-installed with Windows so its part of their package. I guess we can try to help if you let us know what's wrong.

  • No issues with the app for me. Have you tried any other apps or tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, if your progress is safe on facebook/kingdom etc. Its worth checking out some basic troubleshooting steps when your apps crash.

  • So the levels have disappeared on Facebook? That has never happened to me. I've lost my levels on my mobile before but they are always on facebook so I just reconnect and they come back. If they have disappeared from your Facebook account then I'm not sure what you can do I'm sure.
