You should just be able to disconnect in the settings menu (bottom left) and then sign into the correct Facebook account and sign back in again. This should return your old game. Try it and let me know how you get on :)

I don't think there is much you can do. I know the events run for a limited time but if its disappearing and reappearing, I have no idea. Do you still have them in the inbox (there should be a red exclamation mark in there)

If the screen at the end says you failed then you obviously didn't meet one of the objectives. How many times did you try the level? Maybe just see if it happens again, there's not really much else you can do I'm afraid.

Hey Priscilla. I'm not sure if I understand... did you save your game with Facebook or not? If you didn't then you won't be able to get it back I'm afraid. Let me know as I don't quite understand from your post.

Bubblegum Hill is not available for every player so it's possible that you just don't have it on your profile on your new phone. This is pretty normal with a lot of King promotions.
