I don't think you can. You should get a new one if you skip it but from what I've seen there's no way to continue if you skip an existing one.

Hey Dirk. Follow the general troubleshooting steps that King recommend and see if they change anything for you. It could be a device issue that needs addressing. I think you do as you need to be connected to play the boss levels and pass the roadblocks etc. Maybe you can try it by putting your phone into wi-fi mode and playing :)

I think it's different between each player. I have 15 minutes between lives but my friend who plays has 30 as well so I guess it's a bit of a testing thing.
