The regular troubleshooting steps for mobiles are things like: Check you have the latest updates for the game. Clear your mobile cache in the settings. Check you have enough free memory and if all else fails, delete the game and install it again.

Hey Lisa, there is no problem. Not everyone has the promotions in their game. They only go out to a certain number of players so it seems that you haven't received on this occasion.

Is it not the regular 5? I haven't seen any other levels where it's different so it should be the same. Can you get a video of it?

I haven't seen anywhere that the issue has been fixed yet. I'm guessing it will be in the next update so there's not much we can do until then. Gonna carry on with Shuffle cats for a bit.

If it's getting frustrating then put the game down for a little bit. You're doing the right thing by watching videos etc. You will get there eventually.
