The promotions only get added to one profile so it's possible that you won't get it on both devices despite being logged into the same Facebook account. It seems to go from the game ID. I've had the same thing when the Sugar Track was first introduced. Oh well, at least you have it on one device!

Generally the promotions don't go out to all players so it is possible that you can go a few weeks without seeing any. It seems to be the same in all the games.

How did you save your levels on your old iPhone, with Facebook or Kingdom? You only need to login to your account on the new phone. Or if didn't, go back and create a Kingdom account (the little orange icon) using your email and then log in using this on your new phone.

It could be a memory issue. The more games/apps you have open the more the memory is being taken up. I've never had or heard of this issue so I don't think it's the games. Check your phone memory, free up some RAM, close some apps etc :)

It's because the app is designed to save the highest level, so if you log in with an account with a lower level, it will automatically overwrite the existing game. There is no roadblock right? You should just be able to scroll up to the level. Can you post up a screenshot of the map as without seeing it, it's difficult to say what's wrong.

I'm sure King have bigger fish to fry than looking into this. It's probably possible but it's 3 stars, it's not gonna be easy. If you have passed the level then just carry on and enjoy the game :)

I know that you need to be connected to wifi/facebook/kingdom etc to see it so check that you're not playing offline.
