Treasure case does not appear on my galaxy tab s2

I recently bought a new tab s2 and I was able to connect to my Facebook account but the treasure chest are not appearing at all it still appear on my old tablet wat can I do to make it appear on my new tablet

I tried disconnecting and restart many time but the chest just don't appear

The promotions only get added to one profile so it's possible that you won't get it on both devices despite being logged into the same Facebook account. It seems to go from the game ID. I've had the same thing when the Sugar Track was first introduced. Oh well, at least you have it on one device!

This level is impossible without gold bars. Any tips for passing? I’ve been stuck for weeks, and can’t get lower than 30/40 left for all items to clear
