No, they make the little flash like they are working but the coins or heart do not show up in the coin amount or hearts.

I do that & it still doesn't give me the coins or the blue heart. I drop the pets in the appropriate place & the coin or blue heart show up I click them & sometimes they give me the coins or heart & sometimes they don't.

How many levels does it take to open the chest?

Good morning! I uninstalled & reinstalled the game from microsoft & I now have the chest & is counting stars!!! Thank you for your kindness & patience with me & please accept my apology for being less than patient!

Hi@ Lady_Choo I uninstalled the pet rescue I had been playing & downloaded the game back from Microsoft Store. It is the right edition but it doesn't have a chest just the dog & camper. Do I have to play a certain amount of levels before the bar for counting stars shows up?

That's good news! I still have nothing on my computer but I do have it working on my tablet. There's hope yet!
