@stan1981 phone is NOT more stable. You like it better, I get that but you cannot push everyone into playing on phones if they do not want to. There is just an issue at the moment and there are ways around it. I play on laptop and prefer it on there…

If you have windows 10 you can download the app from the app store, alternatively as Stan said, you can unlock it on a mobile or tablet if you have one @Noggy . We understand its frustrating, but the team are working on it.

Sometimes it helps to log out and then back in again. But we are having internet issues as showing no connection. Hopefully its not that.

Just a slight update. The bubble studio has a team working on this issue as its bigger than expected. So it is still an active issue but it is being investigated. Just bigger so taking longer than expected to fix. You haven't been forgotten 😉
