Hi and a warm welcome to the pet community. Level 7663 is broken and a fix has been issued. Can you tell me if there is an update in the Amazon App Store for pet rescue? You might have to refresh the update screen as they don't always show straight away.

it looks like something is blocking the update. We've been pestering our community manager so hopefully one way or the other we might have an idea soon. Just don't waste any boosters on it until it is running again and if you have another device, you could use that until it's fixed.

Which level are you on right now? There is an issue with one of the levels, but usually it works on phones and not the computer 🤔

It is fixed but on anything other than Facebook it seems. There was a fix sent through but it hasn't updated the Facebook version and we do not know why.

Hi and welcome to the community. You need to use the same log in and password with both and then they should tie up. There is an issue with the facebook version though right now as the fix hasn't come through as planned so that might be why.
