Hi and welcome to the community. Often no, if we find out first we will post about it, as in the community manager generally announces it, or a player will say. You can read about it here for updates if she does though. It depends on if the studio lets her know first.

Are you playing on browser? As far as I know its only on that version if I am right. If you can remember where you got to though, you can contact player support from within the game and ask them to restore progress. If you are playing with a new log in they can manually move you.

Hi and welcome to the community if I haven't already. Ugh indeed! The best thing to do this time is to contact player support from within your game and tell them you have lost items and they can look into it. They can access your account and see whats going on and we cannot do that here. Let me know if you run into issues…
