They asked if you could add a screenshot, which the team will ask you to provide anyway. The best thing to do in this case would be to contact support from within the game and report it there I think.

Are you logged into Facebook or the Kingdom? If you are logged into Facebook, all your game playing friends should show. But if you are playing in the Kingdom it will randomly assign you some.

Unfortunately when AI is left to do things, it doesn't always do them well. AI has been around in one format or another for donkeys years just with different names. That's why you end up with stupidly hard levels that you cannot complete without paying or using non fair means. 🙄
