Hi there, lives are connected to your device's memory and are known to disappear if you reinstall the game or your data is lost. Unfortunately, once they are gone there is no way to retrieve them. My advice is to not let too many get stored and use them as they come in!

To move the frog, once it is glowing you must click on it once, and then click somewhere else on the board to move it to. Cheers :)

You shouldn't need to complete a task for the banner, it should be there automatically. Try signing out and back in of your account, and make sure the milestone banner is checked off in your profile :)

Congrats on level 5000! To make my badge appear, I had to sign in and out of my account on the app and then play a couple of levels. Cheers!

If you mean in the game itself, select My Account from the very first title screen, then select Edit beneath your email address. You can change your name after inputting your password. Cheers :)

Yes, I find many levels very challenging also. But I just keep on trying and sure enough, I clear it! Good luck :)
