Congratulations on level 11,000!! I was hoping they would make a level 11,000 banner on the app, but I don't think there is right now. Fingers crossed for soon!

Hi there, one other thing to test if possible, is another device. Can you connect okay on another device? If so, it may narrow down your issue :)

Hi Joxxi, are you able to try signing in and out of your account to see if that helps? Also, you can try a different device, if that is possible for you.

Hmm, no, deleting the app will not delete your account (email address). It's possible you may have connected your Facebook account to your King account.
