I try to purchase from shop but the wheel keeps turning it doesnt open and i cant use my gold bars??

For example, what is happening when you are trying to use your Gold Bars? When you want to buy from the shop, are you receiving an error message?

Why can't i use my gold bars and be able to buy from the shop

Hi Joxxi, are you able to try signing in and out of your account to see if that helps? Also, you can try a different device, if that is possible for you.

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If you have the same problem after doing this then you will find complete information HERE and of course tell your Game ID there.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
