Hi again! @nanpalousa , if you play the Bubblegum Hill on level 1, it means you're disconnected from your account and playing on a new one, so the rewards will appear on that second account I'm afraid. 😅

Thanks. The player ID is the one I used... How strange, I can't see any issue. I've tried again- please log out and in, and maybe also disconnect the device from the internet and connect it again. If the Gold Bars are "stuck", they should find their way then!
