Hi everyone, the loading problems due to Petopia have been reported. Petopia is due to end 5th of November so hopefully all will go back to 'normal' then!!

Apologies I thought this had already been done for you! Have you looked in your app store for a game update? Let me know if it just needed an update, and if not I'll pass your ID on again.

Hi @Annemieke54 it sounds like your progress is not being saved properly or that the saving of all data is becoming too much for your device π Try messaging customer support via the 'help' button in your game (behind the gear wheel) This way they can look directly into your game and see what the problem is.

Hi @Tena_Clark the thing to note about Level 8035 is that it only gives exactly the number of Pets that you need. Usually in levels like this you can loose a Pet or two into the cages and it's ok, more fall. But in level 8035 there are exactly 12 Pets so you cannot loose any in the cages! If you do accidently get anyβ¦

It does sound like it's Petopia causing your issues this time @Peanut7139 π I think they are trying to fix issues in Petopia currently, I'll let them know of your problems also
