Apologies @allyee I thought I had replied to you elsewhere. When the Pet is thinking of a treat you need to drop them on a pots of that candy, not the factory, but the pots made by your factory. See the example below

'ghostly gardens' refers to the ornamental things won on your cards, like statues, ponds, apple tree, bunny bush, fountain, pumpkins etc

Hi @TinaF10 all I can suggest at this time is to make sure your game is updated and you are connected properly. Save your game, then try logging out, completely closing your device then log back in again.

That is strange @Peanut7139 - are you able to tell me the level number so I can see what happens in my own game? Check your game connection, log out, clear your cache etc then log back in again. Often rewards will be waiting for better connectivity.

Hi @Peanut7139 it sounds like you were playing a level where it can end suddenly if you loose a Pet, or there are no more valid moves (groups of blocks to collect) This can mean a level finishes even though you have moves left because you cannot complete the level goal any more. Which level number was it you were playing?

Are you having trouble with this level @dexter23 ? This level is all about sliding the columns to the left to move your Pets.

It would have been easier to just let customer support know by messaging them from in your game. They would have reset your progress to where you were at!

Hi @BVGrear the main thing to try in Level 8076 is to use the locked blocks to stop the green and yellow blocks from keeping the fire and ice bombs apart. Drop your bombs below some locked blocks then clear other blocks away so the fire and ice can meet, then you can use a key. Once bombs are made more fire and ice canβ¦
