That is strange @Peanut7139 - are you able to tell me the level number so I can see what happens in my own game?
Check your game connection, log out, clear your cache etc then log back in again.
Often rewards will be waiting for better connectivity.
Same here the candy balls disappear I've asked the same question and got no answer
The level is the last one on Mystery Mountain, so that is the fifth level game before you win and move on to number 2 or 3. That is the weekend game. It did it 3 times on the last level. I gave up playing. The game was sitting on Mystery Mountain so I closed that door and went to Petopia to play one level. before I started playing, the silver disk that put amounts in so you can get boosters started rising up. Then the candies started going upwards and then they said you won this many boosters then your pets ate this amount. I was glad because I needed them. I went to see in my count and nothing was there.
Lynette I clear my data, I signed out and I refreshed and did everything you suggested. I logged back in. I've lost so many boosters and gain from trying to play. The batch of candies from this weekend that said I won, and the pets ate this amount, I didn't get anything from it.
Lynette my game is updated, and just remember from last year. You never saw me have any issue and send messages stating I was having issue from the game. You can go back and check because I posted from how far I got in the game last year. If you all have those post, my game is a part of it. I remember it. I didn't have any problems with the Halloween or Christmas. I won many boosters from it, it was fun. I'm on 33 from playing Lynette and I've gotten nothing from it. I'm on level 7730, I have no issue with playing my levels. I had issues with Mystery Mountain closing on me. I have issue with Petopia, I'm not getting the rewards when it is offered. The candies aren't disappearing anymore.

I think they are trying to fix issues in Petopia currently, I'll let them know of your problems also
