I have now checked on the other 2 accounts at level 15550+, they have the newest levels up to 16325 on W10 platform, so the problem is with the Monica account. I'm reluctant to go the uninstall and re-install of application route for fear of losing all progress, boosters and gold bars.

Ooops, my profuse apologies for mixing levels 16235,(as in Kiara's post) with QuenBs 16325. My problem is with the Windows10 platform, it ends with 16235, same as for Facebook platform. Final Report Card 2 accounts playing for Gold version, 1 for Bronze . Gold version, 1 at top (played 5 episodes), the other ( played 3 episodes) at 3rd position. Bronze version, at top, playing primarily star tournament levels: Didn't expect to have Party Booster in the reward bundle.

Gold Club (2nd time) Report Cards Again played for 3 accounts, 2 have the 100 gold bars version, the other one with the 50 gold bars version. This time, all reached the top. My version of Candy Collection does give timed boosters for the 1st and 3rd "milestones", but the final rewards are not bad, for just collecting 5000 candies, best no need to compete with other players, no surprises.
