Hey Debbie, did you check for updates for your mobile and apps? Do a restart and check if it does let you advance afterwards. If not, uninstall and reinstall the game on your device, but make sure you have synchronised your progress first to your Kingdom or Facebook account.

Hey Tanya, I've replayed this level on my Facebook and didn't get this issue.. Did you try again and did it happen again? If so, clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Try to play in another browser. I tend to use Google Chrome for all my games. Close other tabs and open programs.

Hey Greyness, I don't have this either. Seems like a random selection indeed and that's not the first time for such sweet sodalicious features. It doesn't seem to be limited to a specific operating system either; a friend of mine has it on his iOS..
