I would definitely be curious to know if the people who say they have won the Jackpot have also spent more than, say, $50 over the course of their play buying in-game upgrades. I don't believe it has anything to do with spending money in the game or not

Ok everyone, so i think it must be a glitch on the mobile version. If you're able to, play the game directly in Facebook on a laptop/desktop. that's the only way I was able to pass it. Awesome, good to know Julian!
