Hey Marnova, please check for updates for your device and apps, like the Pet rescue app and the Facebook app. You can also play on PC on Facebook and on King.com and receive help from friends there too. It doesn't sound normal to me, but I still receive lives and tickets from friends on my Facebook.

Hey Tutti255, have you checked for updates for your device and apps? Do a restart on your tablet and check the memory available. If you play connected to Facebook, then you should also check for updates for your Facebook app.

Hey Patti, have you cleared cache on your PC? Also do a restart and try playing in other browsers. Close other tabs and programs too. Try to play on King.com as well, where you can also synchronise your progress from Facebook. Are you able to move on?

Hey Cdnbear, do you only play Pet Rescue on Facebook through PC? I have never been able to save lives there; they only last one Facebook session for me and then they're gone. They are saved though on mobile and tablet, although you risk to lose them after updates, unless you do a backup previously and restore afterwards, I…
