Hey Susie, are you both playing on the same device or platform? Currently there are more levels available on PC then on mobile. If you want to know when these are available on mobile, then I'd recommend you to regularly check for updates on your mobile and check out the app page on Facebook.

Hey Surinder, have you checked for updates for your device and apps? Especially check for updates for your Facebook and game App. Also, try using a Wi Fi connection instead of your cellular data. It should work for you too!

Hey sva1313, I guess you've already seen the new episode? It came out only recently. In a future, you can simply check for updates or keep an eye on the official App page; no need to reinstall.
