If it still doesn´t work for you on Facebook, then you can work around this by playing on King.com as you can synchronise your progress there with your Facebook too.

Hey Debby, friends should help you pass, not obstruct you! Once they move, you'll be able to move too, but obviously this isn't as it should be. In the meantime, you could play on King.com and advance. Just synchronise your progress with your Facebook and you can play on.
