Hey Stephen, have you tried it again? If you still have the shed, you can try to play it on mobile or tablet. Once you pass this level 297 there you can synchronize with your Facebook and continue rescuing pets.

Hey Susan, what sort of phone do you have? Pet Rescue Saga is available on iOS, Android and Kindle, for the moment. You can play it on King.com too and synchronize your progress with your Facebook. Have you tried to play in another browser on your PC? I'd also recommend you to clear cache and close other tabs and programs…
