Hey Jamesjud, If you play a challenge and win boosters or unlimited lives, you´ll only be able to use them on the device where you won them on. These will not get synchronized between your devices, ´only´ levels and gold bars will get synchronized.

Hey Michizaki, Go to settings on your King.com and choose ´Account´ E-mail - Password - Score and progression sync. Type in your password and hit enter. That´s it.

Hey cbullock, Ouch! It all depends through which store you´ve bought them I guess. I know for instance that they can´t deal themselves with monetary refunds for purchases done through Amazon or Apple. Those go through Amazon and Apple support.

Hey Kindraj4, Were did you win those? If you played on mobile, then they should be available on your device, but not on PC. Make sure you're connected to your Kingdom account or your Facebook account too.
