Hey Holly, do you play this on your mobile while connected to your Facebook or your Kingdom account within the Candy Crush Saga app? That should refrain you from losing any progress. On what level should you be or on what level is that train station supposed to be exactly?

Hey jewel21, sounds like you had a Kingdom account when playing on your mobile. Now make sure you synchronize this with your Facebook account. On PC you can go to www.king.com and login with your Kingdom credentials. Then go to settings top right on your screen and select the sync option there.

Hey James, what level is this exactly about? I've seen slight differences before on some levels on different platforms. At least you can decide where to play such a level and synchronize your progress afterwards.

Hey did you do anything special before this happened? Maybe close the app again and reopen it, see if it appears again?

Hey Wanda,I have iOS 9.2.1 on my iPhone and my Candy Crush Saga version is 1.66; I have the ! on my envelope too but also get my lives as usual. Maybe do a restart on yours and see if that helps?
