  • What iPad are you using? I believe not all iPad generations are still being supported. Either way check for updates for your iPad and all your apps and do a restart. Also check the memory available on your iPad.
  • That can happen indeed Joel, I believe I have seen this many times before. They seem to first release new content for PC, meanwhile it gets prepared for the different mobile platforms and eventually the release depends on the stores too. No panic and keep an eye out on the Facebook page of the game 
  • Have you checked for updates and have you done a restart? Make sure you have enough memory available on your device too. I think you did the right thing by contacting Amazon. Maybe you can provide them with a screenshot and some more detailed info about your Kindle Fire. Maybe a reset could help?
  • Have you tried this on King.com too Donna? Try using Google Chrome, you can also use an incognito window. Important is to clear cache on your PC. Do a restart too, if you haven't recently. Close other programs and tabs, I believe that may help too.
  • Good spot Mayra and that´s exactly how I believe it is; gold bars and progress, as in levels, do synchronize between devices. Boosters, lives and stuff won for free do not synchronize between platforms and devices. As far as I know, this goes for all their games.

  • What generation iPod Touch do you use? The game's FAQ's indicate that you should at least have an iPod Touch 4th generation or it won't work. I think you can restore purchased items but not free saved boosters and lives. These are meant to be used and not to be endlessly saved I'm afraid.
