Hey CheezHead59, You can select friends through the settings on your Facebook. On PC, open your Facebook homepage and select the little black arrow. Select ´settings´ and chose ´apps´ on the left-hand side. Then select Candy Crush Soda Saga and check what you are allowing and what not.

Hey Dharma, Same happened for the Sugar Track; when they first released it, it wasn't available for all players. I guess they first run some tests before making it available on a huge scale. In the end the Sugar Track became available for everybody, like the Booster Wheel back in the days. So I'd say no worries!
