I have already posted my player ID and have sent some still shots neither challenge will move off the play button no matter how many times I press it and how many levels I pass. I would imagine the same applies to all affected players

Given the post about it being investigated I guess that's it? I probably shouldn't have wasted my time replying to the King email requesting a video of the issue. A video of nothing happening?????

Okay out of new levels again today and once again master league not registering wins. Waiting for the next challenge not to work. I don't believe anything awry with my devices. Is there no way KIng can provide a working challenge once someone has exhausted all the available new levels? If not I'll just move on to something…

Yes I echo that I too realise that some features have a 'limited shelf life' but the frustration is that when they are available they simply don't function
