Can someone tell me why this challenge isn't working?? I've passed multiple levels and it registers no progress. Turbo Tonic behaved in the same fashion yesterday.
We're looking into these as well, we're aware that there can be issues with counting the scores of these two events for players playing on several devices.
Unfortunately it's still being investigated, but we will update the studio about these issues, hopefully we can see a fix for this as well soon.
Update: The issue with Mastery League now been fixed, make sure that you have the latest version of the game and that you restart the game before trying again!

As the issue has been fixed, we will close this thread, feel free to make a new thread for any separate issue - and thank you again for reporting this too us so that we can improve the game.
I have already posted my player ID and have sent some still shots neither challenge will move off the play button no matter how many times I press it and how many levels I pass. I would imagine the same applies to all affected players
CaN they look at Candy Hunt and Surf Race too. Neither of those are functional either.
"Being Investigated" means that we have developers actively looking into it! So anything that can help the developers find it, like screenshots or videos along with your Player ID is super helpful!
I hope that they're able to find it as soon as possible, and we'll update the thread once we know more about this issue.
Given the post about it being investigated I guess that's it? I probably shouldn't have wasted my time replying to the King email requesting a video of the issue. A video of nothing happening?????
Hey there @bumblebea & @Seren123, thank you for your patience with us, we've now opened up a thread for Mastery League - in part thanks to your report here, we're currently investigating this now with the studio and hope to find out more as soon as we can.

Devices- samsung galaxy note9 and Samsung galaxy TabS5e. Disappearing games have not been experienced but understood they may be in rotation. What is a problem is challenges that are completely dysfunctional.

I also want to reassure that some events will come and go in the game, so in some instances the events may seem like they are disappearing, but they may come back at a later point as they are continuously tested. In any case, thank you for sharing your feedback with us here, it's very helpful for us to talk to the developers.
Aaaaaand...…I have Surf Race on the menu which also does not register wins. I've cleared the cache, made sure I have the updated version, I've done everything that should remedy this except dance naked under a full moon. I give up.
You and me both bumblebea it's hugely frustrating and reporting via the app is getting me nowhere. It's bad enough that when you exhaust all available levels you're left with very limited options to 'earn' boosters e.g. you don't get credited for things like podium contest but when even the few you're left with don't work,......... makes me wonder if it's time to move on to something different? :-(
Mastery League doesn't work and now neither does Candy Hunt.Turbo Tonic didn't work on Sunday after being playable previously. I'm out of things to play.

Yeah, Candy Hunt not working either.
Same issue for me sadly and other features not working e.g. candy hunt stpped tallyong after 55
TY for the tips. I've been playing this for 14 years and routinely do these things when I encounter issues. These did not work and thats why I posted. In the last 2 weeks multiple challenges have been inoperable. Bear climb, Mastery League, Turbo Tonic as well as missing prizes awarded at the end challenges. This is just in the last few weeks. I guess there's no answer and no one can help.

Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
