You must be at level 1836, right? It's the current top level on Android until more are released in the next update. The next 30 levels are already on the PC version.

If your game was connected to Facebook then you should be able to resync your progress by reconnecting to your Facebook account in the game. If that doesn't bring it back then you probably weren't synced recently.
