with a ticked number and a link to king care. I have not had a response so do I have to repost the question here to get a response? my last ticked # is 4026533. the reason for question is I was a level 740 and got second place in a contest and for 2 days it kept saying calculating results with nothing happening. so I logged onto facebook (as I was playing off facebook with @ 70 other people) and was sent back to level one with 0 boosts. I logged off facebook and remain at level 1. lost everything. please help.
