Did you see any bugs? Not being able to pass a level doesn't always mean it has a bug, just that it's difficult.

King don't offer any kind of monetary rewards, full stop. Did you record the level being played out which shows that it wasn't due to a glitch? Many people have reached ludicrous scores because of them.

There's no option to turn it off, the only way to stop it that I've noticed is by tap and hold on a candy, that might not be as useful for playing on PC though if you have to hold click.

If you purchased the lives you should see something like "report a problem' or "contact king" in your receipt. You can use that to get in touch with them and see about getting those lives added into your game again.

Do you get some kind of error message or anything pop up at all? Have you made sure to have the latest update installed from the Play Store?

There was a similar bug in CCS, nothing you can do to stop it, all troubleshooting made no change, had to wait until they rolled out a fix in the following update.

What do you connect to, Facebook or Kingdom? The only things that sync across devices are progression and gold. Boosters and messages are stored on the device they are received on and don't transfer.
