I would try the Help Desk, but without screenshots it is doubtful. That's why you never reset or uninstall/reinstall the game. Doesn't help if the game is accidently deleted, but like I said try the help desk. Also continuous games play is permanently gone, sorry.

I signed if this morning like usual to get the free stuff and it was still in Portrait.

Best to contact the Help Desk, they are actually very good, nice people also. Take screen shots of the issues, When you first contact them you cannot add them, but when they send you an email then you can attach the screenshots. Good Luck.

Hah, try dealing with the Microsoft Rewards "Help (not) Desk". Now there's a competent bunch. At least here the Moderator's tell us what a good thing this is (tongue firmly rotating in cheek).
