I purchased a bundle with 10 gold and 1 hr play. You got the money I received the gold bars but not the hr play. Can I have my hour or refund me my money please .

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your purchased items into your game! You will have to contact King Customer Support as the purchase query includes your personal details.
If you are playing on a computer - through Facebook browser, please use this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact;
If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, follow these steps --> Click on the the Pink Cog wheel -- click on ? icon -- go down to "My Purchases" -- select the option that best suits you and click on it -- scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" -- fill the form and send your complaint.
