Hi @PrettyBubbles @Colin_Kebbell First, I believe there is a problem this happens far too often. As I said I didn't have any luck with customer support maybe you will have more success. For me the next update of the game fixed the problem. As these are infrequent you may want to wait or not.

This is happening to me as well. I can't log in to my account. I use BW2&3 no problem. Fixed.
